"This was, hands down, one of the best "free" webinars I've ever attended! Geoffrey gave an extremely professional presentation, from the informative slides to the organization of the subject matter to the presentation approach itself! I appreciate that Geoffrey was well-prepared and obviously gave careful thought to the execution (including sticking within the time allotted) of this webinar. Kudos! And thanks!"Lloyd Doletski (Self Employed)
"The speaker spoke in a fluent manner. The information was presented at a reasonable pace. I had no questions on the information presented. The displays were easy to read, very informative and answered any questions, which came to mind . The speaker was skilled in utilizing the displays in presenting the information of the webinar"leslie echols (JNL Associates, Inc)
"Geoff was a good speaker and covered the material well. The concept of cost segregation was not new to me, but the name was. Geoff's use of practical examples were helpful in visualizing the detail of cost segregation. Great presentation. Thank you Geoff."Jeff Schy Gleeson (Mr.)
"The absolute best presentation on this subject matter that I have ever had. The presenter made a difficult and often obscure topic very easy to understand, and made it very clear how usefull it can be in real dollar figures. Excellent."Patricia Gellin (Intuit)
"This webinar is a must for anyone dealing with a client who has non-residential real estate. I mostly work as a tax advisor but if I run into clients with issues that could use a cost segregation study I have a contact to give them."Charles Miller (MJIC LLC)
"great explanation of cost segregation. in a short time, you brought my understanding through the learning curve way up into a complete understanding of what it is, why it is needed, and the cost/benefit of having a study done."James Hennick (Quandt Berndt)
"Geoffrey Gan presented a step-by-step overview of depreciation and cost segregation and clearly showed the benefits of utilizing cost segregation practices. I think many of our clients would benefit from these methods."Kelly Confair (Howard Howard & Hodges)
"I have clients beginning to use Cost Segregation Studies more and more and having a base understanding of how they worked will help in utilizing the documents when they arrive at the tax desk."
